Co-facilitating Teen & Parents Journey – David Hatfield is a leadership consultant and facilitator specializing in rites of passage, conflict transformation, masculinity work and improvisational singing. He has designed and lead rites of passage work for youth and young adults in Canada, USA, Spain, New Zealand and Australia for 13 years. He is completing his M.Ed. in Social Ecology and is researching the experiences of rite of passage program participants.
